Welcome to Protinku. These Terms govern your use of our website and the orders you place with us. Please read them carefully before you order.
Protinku is a small-batch, plant-based protein brand based in Buleleng, Bali. We sell protein bars, granola, mixed nuts, and raw ingredients made by hand in our own kitchen, with no preservatives.
These Terms are issued by Protinku, NPWP 91.102.081.6906.000, Perumahan Griya Panji Asri Blok N 4, Sukasada, Buleleng, Bali, Indonesia. You can reach us by email at protinku.bali@gmail.com or by WhatsApp on the number shared after you place an order.
By visiting protinku.com, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.
If you are under 18, you may only place an order with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
We sell homemade plant-based protein products, including protein bars, granola, mixed nuts, and bulk raw ingredients such as rolled oats, seeds, cashews, and soy protein isolate. Each product page lists the ingredients and approximate nutrition for that item.
Most of our products are vegan. Items that contain milk powder are clearly marked on the product page. Because every batch is made by hand in small quantities, the size, color, and texture of items may vary slightly from photo to photo. This is normal and does not affect the quality of the product.
Our kitchen handles soy, nuts (including cashews), seeds, oats (gluten), cocoa, coffee, and milk powder. Even products that do not list these as ingredients may contain traces of them due to shared equipment.
If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please read the ingredient list on the product page before ordering and contact us if anything is unclear. You are responsible for checking that a product is safe for you.
Store and consume each product according to the instructions printed on its packaging. Do not consume any product after its best-before date.
All prices on the site are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include any applicable taxes. Shipping fees, where they apply, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery zone.
We may update product prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price shown on the site at the moment you confirm the order. Once we have confirmed your order, that price will be honored even if it changes later.
You place an order by adding items to the cart, completing the checkout form, choosing a fulfillment method (pickup or home delivery) and a payment method, and confirming the order.
After you place an order, we will contact you via WhatsApp (and, where relevant, by email) to confirm the order and any next steps such as pickup time or delivery tracking.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example if a product is out of stock, if your address falls outside our service area, if we suspect fraud, or if there is an obvious pricing error. If we cancel an order for which you have already paid, we will refund the full amount.
We accept the following payment methods, depending on your fulfillment choice:
QRIS — processed by Midtrans, a licensed Indonesian payment service provider (PT Midtrans). When you choose QRIS, your order is confirmed only after Midtrans reports a successful payment. Unpaid QRIS orders are cancelled automatically after a reasonable window.
Cash — paid in person on pickup or on delivery, in IDR.
Pay at shop — for orders collected at our Singaraja pickup point, paid in person at the counter by cash or QRIS.
Your payment data for QRIS transactions is collected and processed by Midtrans under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not store your full payment credentials.
You can collect your order at our Buleleng laboratory or at our Singaraja pickup point during the opening hours shown at checkout. We will message you on WhatsApp when your order is ready.
We also offer home delivery within Indonesia, currently to Singaraja Centre, Singaraja Outer, and the Lovina / North Coast area. Delivery fees are calculated by zone at checkout. Addresses outside our service area are not available at this time.
Delivery and pickup times shared with you are estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by couriers, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control are not our responsibility, but we will do our best to keep you informed.
You may cancel an order at no cost before we have started to prepare or dispatch it. To cancel, message us on WhatsApp or email protinku.bali@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Once preparation has started, cancellation is at our discretion, because our products are made fresh in small batches. We will always try to be reasonable — for example, if we have not yet packed your order, we will usually still allow cancellation.
Because our products are perishable food, we do not accept change-of-mind returns once an order has been confirmed.
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, contains the wrong items, or has an obvious quality defect, please contact us at protinku.bali@gmail.com or by WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving it. Please include a clear photo of the issue and your order reference.
If we agree the item is damaged, wrong, or defective, we will either replace it on your next order or refund the price of the affected item. QRIS payments are refunded through Midtrans back to the account that paid; cash payments are refunded by bank transfer or by replacement, by mutual agreement.
To process an order, we collect the information you provide at checkout: your name, contact number, delivery address (if applicable), and the items in your order. We use this data only to fulfill the order, to contact you about it via WhatsApp or email, and to keep basic records as required by Indonesian law.
Payment data for QRIS transactions is collected and processed by Midtrans (PT Midtrans) under its own privacy policy. We do not see or store your QRIS account credentials.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties except where strictly necessary to fulfill your order (for example, sharing your address with a courier) or where required by law.
The Protinku name, logo, product names, packaging design, photos, recipes, and website content are the property of Protinku. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
You are welcome to share photos of our products on personal social media as a customer, with credit to @protinku where appropriate.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, Protinku's total liability to you in connection with any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost opportunities. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Indonesian Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 8 of 1999) or any other right that cannot be limited by contract.
We are not responsible for delays or failures in performing our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control. This includes natural disasters, fire, flood, earthquake, power or internet outages, courier disruptions, strikes, pandemics, and government orders or restrictions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL, and the "Last updated" date at the top reflects when it last changed. If you continue to use the site or place new orders after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, including Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection.
If a dispute arises between us, we ask that you first contact us so that we can try to resolve it amicably. If we cannot reach an agreement, the dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the District Court of Singaraja (Pengadilan Negeri Singaraja).
