- 02150g plain yogurt (Greek or regular)
- 031 tbsp black chia seeds
- 041 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 051 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 06100ml water or milk of choice
- 071 small banana or handful of fresh fruit

How to make it
