Ingredients

What you need

  • 0180g rolled oats
  • 02150g plain yogurt (Greek or regular)
  • 031 tbsp black chia seeds
  • 041 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 051 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 06100ml water or milk of choice
  • 071 small banana or handful of fresh fruit

How to make it

    Cook the oats with water or milk over medium heat for 3–5 minutes, stirring until creamy.

    Remove from heat and let cool for 2 minutes.
